The ‘Emperor’ Loyalty Program was launched at DIMO 800 on the 23rd of July 2014. This is a special loyalty program with special privileges and benefits offered exclusively to the most premium TATA clientele. Premium TATA customers will be enrolled as ‘Emperor Customers’ considering many criteria which includes their importance and affiliation to TATA and DIMO. The Emperor Loyalty Cards were handed over to the proud owners by Mr Ranjith Pandithage & Mr Anuragh Dubay (Regional Head South Asia & Far East – TATA Motors Limited).
A dedicated informative and an interactive website exclusively for TATA Emperor Customers was Launched by Mr Ranjith Pandithage. Emperor Customers will also enjoy special privileges and discounts for all other World Class products and services offered by DIMO, apart from the special offers given by TATA. Mr Nawaz Marikkar will be heading a special team which will be responsible for looking after the interests of the Emperor Customers.
