On 2nd September, as part of the “DIMO Lassana Hetak” initiative, DIMO organized an awareness session on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence for Grade 9 students of Madduma Bandara Vidyalaya, Weliweriya.
The session was conducted by Mr. Anuk Munasinghe and Mr. Ajmal Hussain, following a special request from the school. It aimed to introduce students to the practical applications of AI while highlighting the importance of responsible usage. The program included interactive discussions and hands-on exposure to various AI tools, sparking curiosity and active participation among the students.
Through initiatives such as these, DIMO continues to empower the younger generation with knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies, shaping a more informed and future-ready society.
