DIMO Academy proudly celebrated its 34th Graduation Ceremony on 4 August 2026 at Cinnamon Grand Colombo, marking another significant milestone in its commitment to developing highly skilled professionals for Sri Lanka’s evolving automotive industry.
The ceremony celebrated the achievements of 29 graduates of the German Diploma in Automobile Mechatronics programme and 89 graduates of the Hybrid & EV Technology programme from the Colombo and Jaffna institutes. Their accomplishments reflect DIMO Academy’s continued dedication to nurturing future-ready technical talent.
The occasion was graced by His Excellency Dr. Felix Neumann, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Sri Lanka, alongside DIMO Directors and other distinguished guests. Their presence highlighted the importance of internationally aligned technical education and the strong partnerships that continue to strengthen DIMO Academy’s educational excellence.
The ceremony recognised not only the graduates’ dedication and perseverance, but also DIMO’s ongoing investment in developing a skilled workforce equipped to meet the demands of modern automotive technologies.
