Job Role:

The job holder is responsible for delivering training in Refrigeration Technology and supporting students in developing the knowledge and practical skills required for the industry. The role includes conducting theory and practical sessions, assessing student progress, and ensuring effective learning in line with the standards and requirements of the training programs.

Job Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5/6, NDT, HNDE, B.Tech, or City and Guilds Advanced Diploma in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology / Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Strong organizational skills to monitor student progress and present course material effectively
• Keen listening and observation skills to identify indications that students may not fully grasp the material
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) will be an added advantage
