Marketing Manager- Commercial Vehicle Aftersales

Job Role:

Lead the strategic marketing function of the TATA Commercial Vehicle Aftersales Business by formulating and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen market leadership, enhance customer acquisition and retention, maximise workshop and parts sales, and deliver a superior customer experience aligned with the Division’s strategic objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Commercial Marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of market analysis, customer insights, budgeting, and business performance.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and working collaboratively with sales, aftersales, and customer experience teams.
• Experience in the automotive, engineering, industrial, or services sector will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Sinhala.
