Maintenance Manager

The jobholder is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficient performance of workshop equipment, machinery, utilities, and 5-star facilities by managing maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient workshop operations.

Job Requirements:

• A recognized qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Facility Services, or a related engineering discipline
• Relevant experience in maintenance management within a workshop, service center, automotive or engineering environment and sophisticated building management systems
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and safety practices
• Proven leadership, planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with operational teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
