Our commitment to multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusivity is best reflected in moments of shared connection. The DIMO Unity Iftar 2025 brought together over 200 colleagues from across the organization to celebrate community, mutual respect, and belonging. In alignment with our purpose of “Fueling Dreams and Aspirations,” the event created an open and welcoming space where employees from all backgrounds could connect beyond roles and departments - strengthening the “DIMO Tribe” bond. By recognizing and respecting the many traditions represented within our workplace, we continue to build an environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and included, as we move forward together as one united team.
