DIMO was honoured with the Overall Gold Winner (Shared) title at the 2023 CMA Excellence in Integrated Reporting Awards, organized by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA). This recognition places DIMO among the leading organisations in the country that consistently demonstrate high-quality integrated reporting, strong governance structures, and transparent value creation practices.
The 2023 Integrated Report, presented under the theme “Accelerating into the Future,” symbolised DIMO’s forward momentum as a diversified conglomerate. The report used the leopard as its central metaphor—an embodiment of agility, focus, and controlled speed. Much like the leopard, which advances with precision, adaptability, and instinctive awareness of its terrain, DIMO communicated its ability to navigate a rapidly evolving business landscape with clarity, strength, and strategic direction. This metaphor served as a visual and conceptual anchor throughout the report, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to progress, resilience, and sustainable evolution.
