Workshop for CMD After Sales Service Team

A workshop focused on the basics of Etiquette, Grooming and Customer Service, was held on 5th of January 2020 for CMD After Sales Service team.

The training sessions were facilitated by Ms. Suwatthi Kandiah & Ms. Lakprbha Navarathna from HRD.

This programme which ended on a high note, was inbuilt and delivered as a knowledge refresher to take initiatives, to excel in their performance and to foster a sense of Professionalism in their day to day activities.
