Employees need more than just a resume to be successful in the field of selling. On top of that, Business to Business (B2B) selling, is a process with its own unique features deviating from the usual selling practices. Identifying this aspect, HR division organized a series of sessions on B2B selling for CMD Engineers and DIMO Pvt Limited Engineers with Mr. Amithe Gamage. The first session of the series was held on the 14th of September at the DIMO 800 Auditorium. The session gave special reference to the MEDDIC Process of selling and the series will continue in covering the different areas of B2B selling targeting practical work scenarios.
