DIMO has taken its customer-centric approach to the next level by re-launching their DIMO Premier pre-owned vehicle operation under its new name ‘DIMO CERTIFIED’, bringing with it a number of innovative elements that will set the benchmark in the automotive industry in Sri Lanka.
The iconic green-tick of the DIMO CERTIFIED new logo has created a huge buzz in the market where it symbolizes the assurance that DIMO offers to the customers. With the re-launch of DIMO CERTIFIED, the company also conducted several brand activation campaigns and Radio campaigns to create awareness on the new identity.
Following the company’s marketing efforts, which were conducted mainly through the digital platforms and geo-targeting through sms and direct mailers, all its activations became a great success with having over 50+ customers visiting brand activation campaigns while having confirmed orders.
The company was also able to serve its customers even when DIMO 800 area was under lockdown taking its pre-owned vehicle operations temporarily to the DIMO Retail outlet which is located in Nugegoda with a skeleton staff, without keeping the business at stand still due to the lock-down.
