Customer Relationship Management sessions for the Mercedes-Benz Sales Team

Being in the game of selling during these tough times is not an easy task. With the aim of grooming the Sales Team to observe and do things differently while being ahead of the game at all times, Mr. Amithe Gamage facilitated a couple of sessions for the Mercedes-Benz Sales Team from August to September at the DIMO 800 Auditorium. These sessions were focused on improving personal branding, understanding the sales process and the buyer’s behaviour in order to excel in customer relationship management.
