Application and screening

After we receive your application, we will analyse your CV and background to measure your suitability against the role. Highlight your distinctive skills and applicability that set you apart from the other candidates.


Initial Interview

This is a one-on-one interview between the applicant and the relevant Business unit manager. The interviewer will ask questions about the applicant’s experience and skills, work history, and the qualifications the company is seeking in the optimal candidate for the job. Just be yourself and be confident!

Throughout the process we will use competency based interviewing techniques and short listed candidates will be called for the second round interviews within a week.

(We conduct an assessment centre to identify the business knowledge, general knowledge and the competency on English language if required or on manager’s request)


Second Round Interview

From this assessment we again shortlist candidates for the next step. Second round interviews will be conducted by relevant department general manager.


Third Round Interview

Third round interviews will be conducted by relevant divisional director.


Final Interview

The final interview is the last step in the interviewing process and you will have the opportunity to meet and be interviewed by our chairman. At this level you find out whether you will get a job offer or not.


Medical Assessment

If you are selected from the final interview you are required to complete our pre-employment medical check to see whether you are medically fit for the job.


Offering and hiring

We will welcome you to the DIMO tribe and give you more information about your induction. To reach this stage generally takes within 30 days of time.
