“Fuelling Growth” – Dealer Conference 2015

Bosch Automotive Components Department hosted a Dealer Conference on 05th December 2015 at Galadari Hotel – Colombo. The event witnessed the participation of 120 dealers from all parts of the country, representing BOSCH Automotive Spare Parts, ZEXEL Diesel Fuel Injection and representatives from institutions such as Sri Lanka Navy, Sri Lanka Railway and Petroleum Corporation. Mr Ranjith Pandithage, Mr Channa Weerawardane, Mr Suresh Gooneratne, Mr Sarath Algama, Mr Ajith Algama, GMC Members and the Bosch Automotive Components Department represented DIMO while Mr J. Sundar (Head of Technical, Automotive Aftermarket Bosch Ltd-India) and Mr Sankar Majumdhar (Business Manager Bosch Ltd-India) represented Bosch. The event was organized to educate Dealers and Institutions about the benefits they can enjoy by being Bosch Authorized Service Centre Concept and also to further strengthen the relationship among DIMO, their dealers and other institutions

The event commenced at 7.30pm with participants lighting candles. The entire event was compered by Chrysantha Perera. Dance acts were performed by Channa Upuli Dancing Academy and Kevin Nugara-El Latino Dancing Academy. Drum Acts were performed by Jananath Warakagoda and Team at the event. All participants were officially welcomed by Mr Ranjith Pandithage followed by a presentation by Mr J. Sundar. A presentation on Bosch new products was done by Mr Sankar Majumdhar and Mr Tharindu Atapattu presented the Bosch Authorized Service Centre Concept and benefits.  The event was followed by dinner and fellowship. Rajiv & the Clan with Tehani Imara provided music to which everyone enjoyed themselves till late in the night. The event concluded with a memorable experience for the Dealers, Institutions, Bosch Automotive Components Team, Principals from Bosch Ltd-India and the DIMO Management.

Jeep Club Expedition 2015

Jeep Club of Sri Lanka (JCSL) launched its inaugural expedition on the 5th and 6th of December 2015 in the beaches of Kalpitiya. Sixteen Jeep vehicles which took part in the expedition met at DIMO 800 on Saturday morning and took off as a convoy heading to the “Great Western Edge” in Kalpitiya.
