The Mercedes-Benz Club of Sri Lanka together with DIMO organized a family fun rally to the Jaffna peninsula from the 10th – 12th of July 2015. The rally saw over 30 members and their families drive through to Jaffna in 12 Mercedes-Benz automobiles aging from the Pre-War era to the latest models. The journey started off on Friday morning from the DIMO 800 premises and the 1st stop was at the Bethany 101 Restaurant in Puttalam for breakfast. The journey commenced from Puttalam, towards Anuradhapura and to Killinochi where the participants were hosted for Lunch at the MAS Active – Vaanavil factory. After a great time of fellowship, rest and relaxation in Jaffna the participants left to Colombo on Sunday morning via Jaffna – Mannar – Wilpattu and Puttalam.
