DIMO accomplished Number 1 position in the entire South East Asia Region for ‘Service Excellence’ in After Sales.
This great achievement was announced at the Daimler South East Asia – ‘Service Excellence Award’ meeting held few days ago in Singapore.
We at Mercedes-Benz Passenger Vehicles Service Team have been striving for this for many years… DIMO reached this level by whipping all top players including Thailand, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia & Malaysia who were competing for the top award from Daimler AG for the region.
This is an annual survey carried out independently by Daimler AG. It also includes contacting customers directly to obtain their feedback.
In addition to being selected as the ‘Overall Winner’ for 2014, we also secured the following categories by winning them:
o Overall customer service experience at the facility
o Politeness of staff
o Time taken for repairs
o Ability to diagnose problems etc

• Net Promoter Score (Difference between extremely satisfied customers against dissatisfied customers)
